Your order reference number is a unique identifier for your booking with MelysaGô!. You can find it in two ways:
- Option 1: On the Website
Log in to your account.
Go to “All Trips” and select your booking. - Option 2: In the My Gô! Hub App
Open the app and log in.
Navigate to “All Trips” and select your booking.
Your order reference number will be displayed in both locations.
