Immediate: You’ll receive a booking confirmation email that includes your booking number and trip itinerary. You’ll also receive a payment confirmation email confirming your payment.
60 Days Before Departure: The final payment is due.
Between 30 and 15 Days Before Departure: You’ll receive an email with your confirmed trip itinerary and hotel details.
3 Days Before Departure: You’ll receive a Trip Summary email that includes:
- Airport arrival “meet-and-greet” details
- Transfer details (if included)
- In-trip assistance information
Please Note: If you wish to add additional activities or excursions, it’s recommended that you do so 30 days before departure, as availability cannot be guaranteed.
